Deleting your Kadraris account
You can erase your Kadraris account yourself from the phone app or the web dashboard. Below: the steps and which data goes away and which stays.
From the phone app
- Log in to the app.
- Open the Account tab.
- Tap “Delete account”, retype your email and confirm.
From a browser
- After logging in, go to the dashboard.
- Scroll to the end of the Overview tab and click “Delete account”.
- Retype your email and confirm.
Cannot log in?
Send a request to promptowy@gmail.com from the address the account is registered to. Deletion happens within 30 days.
What gets erased
- profile data: email, name, invoice details, password, active sessions,
- API keys - they stop working at once - and the webhook secret,
- every prompt, uploaded file and generated result,
- links to the referral program.
What has to stay
- Invoices and payment records (amount, date, buyer details) - kept 5 years from the end of the tax year, as tax rules require.
- Anonymous usage entries (model, cost, date) with no content - for statistics and bookkeeping.
Balance
Once the account is deleted, the balance is gone for good. Spend it first or ask for a refund under the Terms.
This cannot be reversed. You can sign up again with the same email later, but the new account starts empty. Privacy Policy
