Enhance Video 1.0 takes a clip you already have and returns a cleaner, larger version. One pass handles upscaling, noise removal, compression block cleanup and color refinement, with output anywhere from 240p to 8K. It suits archive footage, phone video for ads and AI clips that need more pixels before final delivery.
There is no prompt: you pick a quality tier and a target resolution, then pay per second of video.
What you can make
- A restored copy of an old film scan or archive tape transfer
- Phone and UGC clips cleaned up enough to run as paid ads
- AI-generated shots upscaled for a large screen or 4K export
- Long recordings, since one file can run up to 2 hours
Settings that matter
quality:liteis the fastest at about 27% of the standard price, standardis the default, professionalcosts about 10x standard and keeps film grain.resolution: from240pto8k.litestops at4k, so 8K needs standard or professional.- Source limits: up to 10 GB and 2 hours, with the short side at most 1440 px. Downscale bigger originals first.
- Pass the file as a public
video_url(mp4, mov, mkv and other common formats).
Starter prompt
quality: lite
resolution: 1080p
video_url: https://example.com/clip-480p.mp4Run this cheap preview first, then repeat with quality: standard and your final resolution on the clip you keep.
Questions
How much will an enhanced clip cost?
The rate is from $0.0053 per second. Lite costs about a quarter of standard and professional roughly ten times as much. If the job fails, it costs $0 and the hold returns to your balance.
Is the professional tier worth it?
Only when you need the original film grain kept. For most phone and AI footage, standard looks clean at a fraction of the price.
Can I add frame interpolation?
Not yet. The engine has it, along with scene presets and 10-16-bit output, but Kadraris does not expose those options. For other upscalers see Topaz vs Enhance Video.
