Wan 3.0 Video Prime

Wan 3.0 Video Prime, released by Alibaba in August 2026, is the same model family as standard Wan 3.0 with one goal: get the result back sooner. It takes the same inputs and gives the same range of lengths and resolutions. Alibaba does not document a quality gain or a fixed latency promise, so choose Prime for its turnaround, not for a better picture.

Settings that matter

• Length: 2 to 30 seconds. duration: -1 reserves the full 30 seconds in the estimate, so a fixed number keeps the cost lower.
• Resolution: 480P up to 4K, with an audio track by default.
• Inputs: text, start and end frames, up to 10 reference images, up to 5 reference videos and 5 reference audio clips.
• Reference clip limits: 1 to 15 seconds each and 15 seconds in total. Reference videos are billed.
• Naming in the prompt: call your files Image 1, Video 1, Audio 1 and so on.
• Switching: the request is interchangeable with standard Wan 3.0; change only the model id per job.
